Are the collection kits on the Medela Swing and the Medela Symphony compatible?

I believe so, they were with my pump in style. Maybe check the website?

The only extra bit that you need, and I"m not sure of what it is called, is a round thing-a-me-bob that goes on the end of the clear tubing and clicks into the symphony. I think you can buy that extra bit at big baby shops like Baby Bunting. I think I might have seen the tubing parts sold separately on ebay also. I currently hire the symphony for full time use and have bought the swing for when I'm out and about. Oh, and also of course the symphony is a double so you need two collection kits if you want to go double. Apart from that all is the same. The buttons even look similar, the symphony has a bar graph thing on it so you can see the strength you set it at and the swing doesn't so you go by feel.
