Commonwealth bank card stuff up

Anyone else get stung today??

I've been stuck away from home all week due to the floods, while DH was stuck here, eating the only bits & pieces we had left.

I finally got home last night & headed in to do my food shopping today... to be declined! 4 times!!!

I rang the bank almost in tears, coz I knew I had enough in there, to find out that all cards had stopped working, & that hopefully they'll be up & running again in an hour or so.

So with the $30 cash I had I got some subway & took the kids for a drive to pass some time.

Head back & one card had worked... but it wasn't mine!

Spent my last $10 on a loaf of bread & carton of milk after returning my shopping to the shelves


Of course if you use credit on your debit card, it should work... But I shopped at woolies didn't I. Thats not a choice anymore!

At least tomorrow I can go in if its still not working I guess...

ugh! What a PITA.... hopefully CBA can sort it out ASAP

I'm with CBA, but didn't use my card today so didn't notice. I will need it tomorrow though, so hopefully they sort themselves out!
