Moving back to Oz...confused about vaccinations

Hello all, this is my first post.
I'm hoping someone here has either been through the same thing or has some advice.
My husband and I are moving back to Sydney from the UK with our daughter, who will be nearly 13 months when we arrive.
The vax schedule here in the UK is that babies get Hib/MenC at 12 months, and then the MMR with the third PCV at 13 months. I understand in Oz it's MMR at 12 months (with the third PCV having been at 6 months). Now, I want her to have the 12 month vax here (the Hib/MenC), and the MMR at 13 months after we arrive in Oz, but what will happen with that third PCV? Can I get it with the MMR in Oz?
I will be asking next time I go to the baby clinic for my baby's weigh-in, but that's nearly a week away...
    Thanks for any help.

    Did you find out anything?

Best to bring her immunization record with you and see a gp here they are best equipped to answer your questions

I should know the answer to this ... Seeing as assessing overseas immunisations is part of my job!
You can either take DD's record to a GP or local council office. They should be able to assess her history and tell you what to do

Thanks for your help. My daughter was able to have her MMR jab with the Hib/Menc at 12 months - apparently that's done often now - but I haven't received a definitive answer yet on the rest, so will be doing as you have advised.

I've done the opposite, moved to the uk from oz.... When we got here my dd had a myriad of inmunisations that weren't the same as on the oz schedule.... And she had had hep b (I think) which you don't get here.

I wouldn't worry too much about it being 'on time'. Pretty sure the oz docs will put you back on track with the oz schedule too.

I'm trying to follow both.... So now up to date with uk, but will need chicken pox.... Which isn't done here (I think people just take their kids over to their infected friends kids houses!!)

Hooray for moving back to oz!!! Wish I was lol!!
