Is it normal to have swollen hands, face and feet this early on in the pregnancy? 23 Weeks....I feel alwful and fat and have put on roughly 8kgs already.

With my DS I had swelling from 20 weeks. I couldn't fit into my shoes and couldn't wear my rings or anything. I felt horrible. Totally different with DD thankfully. Just try and keep your feet elevated when resting and that should help a little :-)

i did with my DDs pregnancy. i couldn't wear my wedding ring by 20 weeks and got carpal tunnel syndrome. it was horrible, so sorry to hear you are going through it too. It lasted until the end of pregnancy and then i lost 20kg in the 2 weeks after she was born, mainly of fluid.

i am hoping i don't get it this time too much

Yes some ladies get it quite early in pregnancy darl. I'm one of them. Drinking more H20, walking and elevating your legs helps oh and avoiding to much delicious salty snacks.
