This photo .......

I have shown this photo to a few people and everyone always says they feel something from it but cannot put their finger on it.

It was taken of me and DH when we first started dating either Dec02 or Jan03. It was taken in the front yard of the old family home where we now live.

I remember when I saw it I took it as a sign that Dh and I were meant to be together. I know that the effect from the sun was not done deliberately and one of my SIL took the photo on an old analog camera.

Anyway if anyone can pick up on anything from this photo any info would be appreciated, everyone who sees it (with a gift) says they sense something but know one has been able to elaborate further.

When i saw this on FB hun i thought i saw an outline but when you said it was a photo of a photo i thought it was just reflection, but i still see what looks to me like an outline of a person. the head is shaped near a gap in the tree's and the light beams don't seem as BRIGHT over that spot, like they are kind of outlining something.
If you like i can copy the pic, outline in paint and show you where i mean?

Yep, i see the outline too and def get the feeling there are others in this photo with you. Its absolutely gorgeous, the ray of lights all around you- its a special photo indeed!!!!!

I get a feeling the outline person is someone older who is looking over you both and somehow helped bring you together and this photo is them kind of saying, yeah i did that, and they are really proud. No idea who it is though!!!

That would make sense because we are the 5th Generation of Hubby's family line that are living in the house. We do get our share of visitors here too, mostly family from what I am told.

I dont really have a gift for anything like this, but i am getting shivers just looking at the photo and thinking about it.

I looked at it abit closer, and i did have the disapointing thought that it actually looks abit like a second impression of your DH, you can kind of see the same outline of the shape of his head and his ear, but i dunno, i think its a bit more than that.

Going by my gut, i owuld say an older man close to your dh.. almost like he wants to have his arm over his shoulder.. but just throwing it out there!!

Oh I see a person further up and to the left. A child or small figure. I have goosebumps from that image.

Eta the sense I have is someone walking...perhaps the figures are the same and they walked from the top to the front of the image to where zf outlined...or the other way, from the front to where I can see, because it feels like the back of a person.

I also sense something about a basket in a storage place. Sorry, but I feel a bit spooked by this image.

Sopdet - thats interesting, I tell everyone there is something about this place and unless you come here its nothing that can really be explained. Admittedly I have not always felt so comfortable here, almost scared in fact. That was up until we lost Nikita and walking into the house after a month in hospital it literally felt like the house wrapped itself around me and hugged me and was keeping me safe. Its more or less felt like that ever since.

Would now be the right time to tell you all that EVERY Mrs S that has lived in THIS house (there were 3 houses on the property when this photo was taken) has lost a baby? 3 premmie arrivals and 2 still born to my knowledge.

hmmm sorry if that made other creeped out.

Nae - you've got lots of energies, some good, some not as, but I do love the energies, the house does feel like it has wrapped itself around you. I love the front room, I wanted to stroke the walls, lay on the floor and just soak up the energies there.

TBH, I don't think I have any gifts or anything, but this is what I got from it...When I first looked at the photo, I couldn't see anything but what was in front of me, but I got all goose-bumpy and felt 'nice'. I think it is a beautiful photo. Whe I saw ZF's outline I instantly saw what she could see and now can't not see it, lol! My DH came into the room and I asked him what he saw and he instantly saw the outline of a person in your original photo. So, take from that what you will...

When the light comes down like that in photos, I believe it is called Angel Light or Spirit Light and it means that you have angels watching over you.

What's at your feet nae? Are you standing over a suitcase?

Also I was wondering if you own an old sewing box/basket and maybe there are photos in it, or it was owned by someone who died?

Arcadia - I don't recall if anything was at my feet, it was so long ago however I do own my Nans old sewing machine as well as some of her bits and bobs. She was still alive when this photo was taken but has since passed. There are LOTS of old boxes and trunks scattered amongst the dust here, in our attic, in the top shed, the old shearers quarters and the old shearing shed. This place is literally a living museum. And there are hundreds of old photos here going right back to the first Mr and Mrs S before the original Mrs S died and Mr S married her sister (where the family line begins).

Lilas - LOL some people see it straight away some don't I tend to not point things out because I believe in the power of the mind, if you plant a seed in it its sure to grow.
