    Please help!!

Ive just embarked on the wonderful process of mcn's but my flitting through all the brands to find the best one is becoming a frustrating and expensive process lol..........for example, i bought some baby beehinds multifit magicalls last week, got them and took an immediate dislike to them. So here is what im looking for, please point me in the direction of the best brands that fit my ever critical criteria, i only want the best for my lil man, so price is not an issue.

What im wanting in a nappy

    Prefer snaps
prefer pockets or soft snap in boosters like jam tots have
    wanting a trim fit
    good absorbancy (of course)
    cute designs
i would prefer to stick to one brand rather than have lots of different brands in my stash

    What i have tried

Itti bitti, although i love the trim fit and look of this nappy i worry that it squashes my lil man's bits too much as the inside seems to be quite hard with all the snap in boosters. Ive also had several occasions where hes been crying and as soon as i took the nappy off he's stopped, so i do wonder if he doesnt like them (he wasnt wet and it wasnt too tight or anything to give him other reasons to be crying and its happened more than once, to all the itti lovers out there, im not criticising, i do love these nappies, this is just what ive experienced with them).

baby beehinds multifit magicalls, as i said i took an instant dislike to them, i went to put them on lil man and felt like his legs were being pushed out way to far.

jam tots, love these nappies, quite bulky though, but if i dont find one i love more than these, i think these might become the bulk of my stash.

bumcheeks, love the trim fit on these but feel like they leak rather quickly.

    ecobubs, ive got coming soon.

I guess what i really want is a mix between jam tots and bum cheeks.........does anyone know what that is?

Thanks so much for any help anyone can give me

I find dragonfly magic the trimmest nappy, and shouldn't cause any discomfort. It's a side snapper though, not a front snapper, don't know if that is a problem.

What about Abby Gro's? Snap in boosters, OSFM, not such a trim fit but cute designs and DS doesn't wet through! GL

The two mentioned above are my two absolute favorites though I quite like Bonnibuns too.

Thanks so much for those suggestions I will reasearch those now. Not sure if its the placement of the snaps that are part of the issue, cos he wears bumcheeks ok, its just they seem to leak quickly. I really think its the hardness of the inserts in itti bitti that he doesnt like.

doing a strip wash can help soften inserts again.

Thanks for the tip HotI Its not that though, my itti bittis are brand new, only been used about 6 to 8 times each and just reached their max absorbancy. Im just talking that they feel like they might squash his bits in general. I also forgot to mention, it doesnt matter which way i put the inserts, he always has the back of one of the press studs sitting right in the same place as his parts too.

Mmm I love Jam Tots BerryPlushes too. I'd have all them if my wallet agreed to it.

The others have given great brand suggestions, the only things I can add are about your concerns - regarding the legs being pushed too wide, don't forget that we all grew up in flats, and while flannelettes are pretty trim, terry flats are pretty full on, and they didn't seem to do any harm! Also, with squashing his bits, maybe see what your partner thinks - I know, for example, that I used to wipe so gently while DH would just sort of whack about during changes and the little guys didn't seem to mind! You could also try going up a size with the Ittis? I know mine were in Mediums pretty early on, the first because he was so tall, and the second cos he was so chubby!
