    Chest Rubs???

Phoebe has a cold and her little nose is really blocked up. What can I use on her chest to help clear it. I have some Tixylix but it says from 12 months only and the other chest rub I have is for 2 years and over. Baby brain has set in and I need some help lol.

I think there is one called "euchybear rub" or something, I have a feeling that its okay for little ones...
    Hope it clears up soon

Vicks Baby Balsam works well I can't see how old your DD is as I'm on my phone but it's suitable from 3 months onwards

    Are you breast feeding?
If you are I found rubbing some childrens vicks rub above my nipple helped to clear them up while feeding and then I would rub it onto their collars on clothes when they were too little for the recomendations to rub it directly on them. Otherwise I highly recommend a vaporiser in their room!

    simmons paw paw menthol balm

i get it from 'organics australia online' as i can't find it IRL shops yet.

to make it safer, i rub it on my child's back, and soles of feet (then socks).

oooooh I hadn't thought of rubbing it on her feet. I have heard of that so might give it a go. I think the tixylix on her feet should be ok. I might put some on a nappy on her bed too. Thanks ladies. Baby brain really sucks lol I will try to find my vapouriser tomorrow too. I think DF put it out in the garage so now it has been sucked into the black hole
