    Refresh my memory please

DS is 5 months next week and the last few days has been constantly chewing on his hands. Is this a noemal developmental thing or could it mean the start of teething? His cheeks have been pretty rosy but again, I'm not sure if thats just because I've been ruggin him up because it's been so cold!

my dd2 isalways eating her hands, from about 2ish months? when she discoverd she had controll over them they have been her favorite "snack"
id say its normal, if it were teething i think you should be able to feel hard lumps developing under the gums.

    Cool thanks
I thought it was pretty normal but I seem to have forgotten a lot in 2 years hehe. I just wonder too because we didnt actually notice DD teething until she started breaking chunks off a rusk when until then they were just sucked on. It had fully broken though without any sign at all.

I know we were really lucky with her teething until the 2 year old molars, they were horrible!!

I'd say normal too. My two both did this from early on and neither got a tooth until 10 and 11months respectively - then it was a cascade we really didn't even notice.

Sounds like teething to me, especially with the rosy cheeks. DD was not much of a drooler but definately had hads in her mouth and rosy cheeks whenever she teethed.
