    Education Tax Refund

    I applied for this on the phone last week but was just thinking about DS16, maybe I'm not eligible to apply for him. Does anyone know? TIA.

    if you get FTBA for him OR he is on the dependent rate of youth allowance, i am pretty sure you can still apply for it for him
