    TTing 2 At Once?

DD1 is TTing and has been for a while now, with the colder weather she's backed off a little but has been running around in her knickers again this morning.

DD2 has for some time been taking her nappy off and running to the potty, sitting then just getting up and walking away.
She's still quite young (18mths) so i am happy that she's happy sitting on it and knows what it's for.

This morning however she wanted knickers like her big sister so we put them over her PJ's, she walked around happily for a while then wanted no PJ's.
So i took them off, she wanted knickers so we put them on, she took them off and ran around yelling Wee's Wee's so i got the potty.

After a while i was just letting her run around, she yelled WEE's and started walking towards the potty when she did a wee all over the kitchen floor.

Can i take it as she knew she was going to do it and is possibly ready to follow her big sisters lead and start TTing?

Am thinking i might just do what we did with DD1 and start putting her on the potty before baths etc and see how we go.

DD2 said "Z needs a potty chart now mum"

So who else has TT'd 2 kids of different ages at the same time, how did you do it.
Did you show preference to the older child first or try and give them equal 'potty' time.
Dd1 will happily let herself on and off the toilet so the potty will be fine to be used just for DD2 if need be. ???

I am not there yet, M just doesn't understand but I am planning on TTing them together once the weather fines up a bit, way to cold at the moment (plus I just had my carpets cleaned ) so it will be interesting to see how I go, I think that A will take to it alot quicker than M though, it will make life easier in the long run rather than 3 in cloth

    I am doing two at once...my girls are 2yrs 7mths and 3yrs 6mths.
They both have knockers on this morning and when one goes to the toilet the other goes on after.
They do everything together so I am not surprised they are TTing together.
It would be really nice to get them both out of day time nappies...3 in nappies in an expensive business!!

DD1 is fully TT'd now (well aside form a pull-up to go to the library or long car trips) and is going really well, were lucky to have say 1 accident a week if that.
The other day DD2 was standing at the kitchen door naked and said she needed to 'burp' which is either a fart or a poo so i yanked her up but we were a little too late (but she warned me right which means she knows).
Then this morning she's running around naked in the kitchen, the girls both disappear then i hear DD1 yell "mum DD2 has done wee's".
Of course my mummy instinct tells me i'm going to find a giant puddle somewhere but NO, DD2 had walked/run al the way from the kitchen, downstairs to the lounge and done WEE's on the potty ALL BY HERSELF.
DD1 was so proud of her saying look mummy she did wee's, look mummy Z was such a good girl.
I might have 2 out of nappies sooner than i thought.

Thanks Kelebek mum said i TT'd by two and my younger brother (just under 12mths diff) followed within a couple of months.

We got home and she's asked to take her nappy off, might give her some lunch, let her have some nappy off time before her nap then trow on a nappy
I guess i can only go with the flow and with this warmer weather it might just work for her
Might make her a potty chart, get her all excited

    Well done to your girls!
I am about in the same place with my girls (11 mths apart), DD2 is now fully day trained and DD3 does do wee and poo on the toilet if in knickers but we have a few accidents too.
Bring on the warmer weather, it makes it so much easier

Yeah i think the warmer weather will do them good.
DD2 had nappy off after lunch, sat on the potty but wasn't really interested then asked for the toilet, i put the potty over the toilet and low and behold WEE's.
So she's in a nappy for her slepe but i've left the potty over the toilet and will let her run naked once she wakes up.
I think having her big sister be so encouraging is helping too
