    Smile A bigger woohoo!

The last week we have had big developments in sleeping. At 12 months of age, DD was still feeding 3 hourly or more overnight. A month ago (at 14 months), DD had her first 8 hour continuous sleep in her bed. https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...woohoo-165177/

7 nights ago, DD had her first night without a feed overnight (11 - 12 hours). She still crawled into our bed sometime during the night but was happy with a backrub and then fell asleep again. The next 3 nights followed the same pattern, no feeds overnight just come in for a cuddle.

3 nights ago, she slept in her bed all night 11 or 12 hours with no feeds, no cuddles, no need for backrubs. The last 2 nights she has also slept in her bed all night. Last night was especially good because i went out and she had her last breastfeed at 5pm. DH gave her dinner, bath etc and put her to bed.

I am so excited my little girl is finally comfortable to sleep in her own bed all night. Also happy to be able to stretch out and spoon with DH.

The next step will be to see how she goes in her own room, but i think we will just enjoy what we have for a little while.
