Not me, my baby sister. She rang me to tell me something vaguely related to it today, didn't know what it was they were doing to her or why So I'm googling away at the moment, but I thought I'd ask - has anyone had this before, and what was the result?
To your sister, uncomfortable treatments (well I found them not so comfy!) Not sure about the inconclusive PS hun but I had abnormal cells a few years ago I had a colposcopy and then laser treatment - I can't remember now if they were at the same time or if I had the colposcopy first and then laser - which would make sense.. I would think that the colposcopy will tell them if she will need any further treatment. I had CIN 2 and CIN3 abnormal cells. I have had clear tests since then - I know that is is a bit more usual than people think and it is positive to pick up early signs rather than missing them even though it doesn't feel like it. CIN2 and CIN3 are not cervical cancer but they must be treated asap. She will probably find she will need to have 6 mthly paps afterwards, then yearly then 2 yearly again as long as they are all clear. xoxxoo
