    Undergarments

Ladies- I want to get some new "shapewear" or similar.
What do you wear? How often do you wear it?
I have some items already, but think it's time to update as I'm carrying my weight in different places now....

If you're talking about smoothing out lumps and bumps, I bought shapewear from Danoz Direct (yep, that TV ad) after having DS - I was getting married 6 wks after his birth and was needing 'help' .

They came in a two pack - one was black and one was beige, and oh my, they were tight - BUT they did take a size off and smooth out the curves. They were essentially a pair of bike pants that roll up and sit just under the bust. There are no buttons / clips etc so it can be worn under any garment of clothing. I highly rate it!

I have some Nancy Ganz from Myer and they are like high waisted underwear. They are super tight like Leesa said and smoothes out the bumps. They are a little exxy though.

I bought some cheap shapewear from best and less and i used to wear it almost everyday. I also bought a full body suit from ebay and i would wear that most days too. I dont wear anything now as anything too restrictive on my belly annoys me.

I bought mine from Target for around $30. They are great, suck everything in where you need it. It feels tight at first, but you get used to it.

Target had some a while go that weren't too bad. I've tried quite a few different brands over the years and IMHO they are pretty much all the same.

The ones that are like stocking/tights material have very light control. If your after something dramatic go with the thicker stuff thats sort of like a thin wet suit / thick lycra type material.

The only difference in brand I've found is how long they last.

I use to wear them for special occasions now I don't bother, I don't see the point in being uncomfortable and worrying about it rolling down etc would rather just enjoy the night.
