Not exactly, but I started a thread a couple of weeks ago about the 3 day diet plan and that I was trying it (well a modified versionas I wasn't eating frankfurters) but I lost 1.5kg in the first week and I am not large, just a little chubby so that was an achievement, I could see it - it wasn't fluid, my clothes especially around my back were looser (well last week I put on .5kg but big party weekend with kids junk food, but am back on it for my three days on this week and am hoping to keep steadily losing weight. So, I'm more than happy to recommend the 3 day diet and if this is somewhat like that, hopefully you'd get somewhat similar results! All the best.
