I'm all FOR vaccinations but am slightly annoyed that:

A) when dd stayed at the IL's and proceeded to be put in bed with SIL who discovered she had chicken pox during the night we were not called and they still let her sleep with dd

B) in all my efforts to keep dd immunized she STILL developed pox

I never had chicken pox and only discovered this during a pre- pre-natal blood test 8 weeks ago so I also had 2 lots of the vax but I'm now worried that I'm going to get them too.

Nothing and I mean nothing will stop me from kissing cuddling and if need be sleeping with dd though.

I'm just annoyed and wondered how many people have had this happen? Apparently she is part of a very small minority who get it after being immunized.

For once I'm so glad I'm not pregnant
