    Belly Wraps after Caesarean

Has anyone used one after a Caesarean??
I've been looking at them online, but not sure if they would be useful or not....
(looking as I have a dodgy hip and used to use core muscles to compensate and have been getting a fair bit of back pain)
Feel free to tell me if they are no good - thats why I'm asking!

I had a great pregnancy and a natural water birth and I still got one! During the pregnancy I had the loving comfort belly support thingo and in it was the BEST! It was super flexible, soft and breathable and I ended up wearing it 24 hours a day, even to bed. I had the super soft one for every day wear and I got a much firmer one which I used when I had bad sciatic pain and it really stabilised that area to give me relief. The soft one was so good that I also got the loving comfort postpartum support which I still wear now when my back is sore. I got them on line from the states and the belt was under $20 I think so I got a larger size for after the birth and a smaller size which fits now. Worth every penny! They aren't the best quality though as the velcro tends to pill the fabric if it catches it (maybe it's user inflicted not a flaw in the product)?!? For the money I'm happy I got it rather than a more expensive one
