I'm looking for your opinion on whether to get a double pushchair or a tandem?

We're moving to Sydney soon and will soon be carting around a toddler and a newborn. I was thinking of keeping going with our single pushchair and a hugabub for a while and then getting an umbrella fold double pushchair (like a Maclaren).

But, I'm worried about what it will be like getting on a bus with one of those? Or going down the aisles of a supermarket? Or anything else I haven't thought of?

Do you have a double or a tandem? Which do you like better?

Is there a pram for 2 that you love?
