I moved to Melbourne at the start of the year and am still yet to find a GP who I am happy to stick with. I currently go to the Superclinic in my local area, just because it's easy. But the doctors change often and there's no guarantee I will see the same one.
When it comes to managing my general health and wellbeing, especially leading up to the TTC time and everything after, I want a GP who I can rely on.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a GP or Medical Centre in Melbourne CBD or in the Bayside area? CBD is preferrable now as its where I work, but Bayside would also suit.
My GP is in the CBD and she is the ace-ist doctor ever. It takes ages to get in to see her and you often have to wait forever, but that's because she takes her time with her patients. There is no problem with getting blood tests or whatever. There's also a pathology in the clinic.
I jumped on their website and made an appointment with Dr Adrienne Chan, who specialises in family planning, women’s health and pre-pregnancy counselling. I couldn't get an appointment with her until the 23rd, but that's ok as I'm not in a huge rush.
