    Loft beds

...not for me, for DS (8). Anyone know of a good place to get one? I've already checked out ikea. He needs space under it for his desk, and we are on a fairly tight budget. I'm on the Sunny Coast, but would go to Brissy if needed...

We just bought a bunk bed off "Bunkers" kinda fits the name really!! But they make and sell loft bed as well and are located all over the country, we live in northern regional WA and just got them to ship it to us.
There website is bunkers dot com dot au

We looked at the ikea one in the shop and looked really flimsy.

Bunkers. They're literally around the corner from me and they are FABULOUS.

A good friend of mine recently talked me out of one. The reason being, end of the bed chats, hugs, when they are sick etc all goes away. There's no room up there, and the connection you get to have with them at bedtime just goes away.

Just thought I'd let you know xx
