Can anyone recommend a good cleaner who can service Bayside Melbourne. We're not happy with our current cleaner. He doesnt seem to see the dirt on the floor or decides he wont clean something like the bath because he didnt think we used it.

I hate firing people but we've tried to help him improve and it's not working. But there's no point paying for someone to do a job then come home and have to redo it.
