The little tubes of acrylic that students use for school art subjects are non-toxic and hold their color well. I have used them for something similar in the past and they still look good.

so for fathers day, ive decided to do a massive frame for DH with pics of him and DD and then her foot and hand prints as well....
im not sure what paint to get or where to even start looking for the right thing??

I got some from our local IGA. Ikea also used to stock brilliant cheap non-toxics.

There's also water based stamp pads - not sure whether I got it from Spotlight?
With paint, we put some paint on paper towel or a sponge to do my baby's prints.
Spotlight and Riot both have great paint for kids!
