Where to buy 'cool' sandshoes for 4 year old boy?

I've seen some cute shoes that look very comfy but have no idea where to buy it from. I usually buy the traditional sport shoe but DS finds them too tough on his feet. The ones I've seen look softer, like a casual shoe for adults, and I think he'd like it better if only I knew where to find them!!!!!

My DS1 has some Munchkin brand shoes that sound like what you are describing. Light and soft and look like stylish grown up shoes. I got them from the converse shop at the dfo, but I think they sell that brand at most children's shoe stores. Myer usually have a good selection of kids shoes too.

That sounds really nice. I haven't come across a converse shop in Sydney. Yes, was thinking of trying out Myer and DJs too.

Converse and another brand called Keds. Really comfy and well priced. Skechers are very trendy, can be a little pricey.

I got a pair of slip on canvas shoes for my little guy from the Pumpkin Patch store online. He won't wear any other shoe at the moment (no matter what he's wearing!) so they must be comfy! They have a large range of sizes and styles.

There is a DFO here in Melbourne at Southwarf, it is a converse outlet and also has the keds range. I think most DFO's Australia wide have similar shops.
Skechers are sold at Betts Kids, Skechers stores and again you may find a Skechers outlet at a DFO if you have one near.

DS2 has a pair of converse from the converse shop at DFO, look great but a real pain in the bottom to get on. I too am a fan of the Walnut shoes DS1 had some of these and so many colours etc to choose from. But my all time fav, don't know if they have them anymore was a pair of slip on shoes from the Croc shop. They were like a cord material, hard to explain they have some adult type one's now so not sure if they still make the kids ones but the were easy to get on & looked so darn cool with everything.
