    Help Semi urgant

    Im A bit worried as DD1 (3.5) has only been to the toilet once today at 7am. She hasnt done anything else should I seek help or leave her

    No wees or poos? My DD 2.75 only poos once a day but id be concerned about no wee. HTH.

    Maybe give her something to drink? Is she drinking plenty? What I would do is ask her to sit on the toilet and 'try' to have a wee.

    ETA - take a book/toy in and make her have a decent sit on the loo

    I would probably head to the ER or Drs - but saying that I can be a bit of a over-reactor! Hope you get some assistance soon! Can you call nurse on call or simular??

    How much intake has she had?
    Is her skin still good and elastic?
    Are her eyes sunken/not as bright?
    Have you asked her if it hurts?
    Does she have a temp?
    Is she otherwise well?
    Does her belly feel hard like she has a full bladder?
