    Lint off New Towels??

Have had this with every set of towels I've ever bought.. Until they've been through about 6-10 washes I get covered in lint every time I dry myself with them..

Aside from washing them over and over wasting water & electricity, does anyone know how I can get my new towels lint free asap?

Have heard a few cycles in a dryer helps but I don't own one - Got to love QLD Sunshine

It means the towel is a good one but the only way would be to wash them a few times apart from the dryer.

Since you don't own one, maybe take them to a laundromat and use the dryer there?

This happened to me with some Sheridan towels. I emailed them and they recommended to put them in the dryer a few times. This would have been really good if we actually owned a dryer (love the Qld sun too!). So the towels remain practically unused.

I was going to suggest laundromat too.

Only just saw the replies sorry girls! We put them through the dryer (Thanks Nana!) for a good hour and a half and they came out almost lint free, no hassles since! We're going dryer shopping next week now haha!

If we didn't have a dryer we'd all be walking around naked! I use mine ALL the time
