    Tall and skinny

So our girl is going to be tall and skinny it would seem, she has only just cracking the 5kg mark. We tried our cushie tushies on her and that was a disaster so have put them away for a little while (they were perfect on ds - being tall and chubby thighs too lol).

Our Bum Genius work great though!!

Just wondering what other nappies are out there like the bumg that would also work on our girl?

Preferably not AIO as the climate here wont allow for drying. Would like OSFM so that they grow with her.

    Any recommendations welcome

tall and skinny is all I've got lol.

I found initially velcro/aplix was better since I could adjust it to suit those non existent thighs.

Now he's bigger there are a few that fit great. BubbaMoo AI2 OSFM, Bumcheeks, DragonflyMajik fit perfectly but didn't hold enough wee, any side snapper nappy,

I had fuzzibunz for dd1. They used to do a petite toddler size which was perfect for skinny minis but not sure if they still do them.

My little man is tiny too (still not 8kg at 20mths)
I found the baby beehind petites to be really good.
They fit well around his skinny legs and didn't gape.
They have snaps so you can adjust the legs and waist separately if need be.

Yep, tall and skinny here too but a boy. We also like Designer Bums with velcro because we get a good waist fit and the legs fit similar to BumG with velcro which we also use. We also use IB Tutto but have to put the snaps on the second tightest fitting (as in overlapping by one snap), which isn't a problem but we are sort of between sizes and always have been so he has to suck in a lot when I do them up. The Tutto has been good as well in terms of leg fit and no leaks.

Oh, I agree with you about the cushie tushies. I bought a bunch when at a pregnancy and baby expo whilst pregnant but haven't been able to use them. It is probably that I find them too fiddly to get them fitting right. It's hard to fold down and do them up tightly at the same time. Hopefully they won't go to a complete waste and will fit when he gets older.

I find the nappies with snaps on the rise fit my bub well.

Flat nappies with eenee pouch pants worked really well on my skinny lad. Bambino Mio covers were OK but not always perfect. Fitted were hit and miss most of the time.

Flats were great even with stuffables as he got older - but he was too skinny for them when he was younger.

My tall and skinny-ish DS goes well in cuddlebots pockets (but I replace their microfibre trifolds with my homemade hemp trifolds for less bulk). He's also done really well in Bonnibuns (rapid dry is my favourite style, but I do have the workhorse style ones as they were 50% off a while ago).
