Okay, so I don't need to lose weight, but my fitness sucks big time. I'm not UTD yet, but we're working on it (), so I just really need to do something. I did ask for help when I was pg with DS, but I think I was too lazy, and I want to do something now before I get pg.
I don't mind walking, just that the two kids have to come with me. DD can go on her bike, and DS on a scooter, or I carry him. I end up carrying him after about two minutes! And the scooter too. To go on a bike ride, needs the Man too, and he only wants to get in the car, drive down to the beach, and ride, then drive home again (cos the rough roads around here make his bad back hurt). I just want to ride!
I suck at aerobics and the like (I can't coordinate it), and I can't swim. I enjoy my martial arts, but can't get anyone to train with (and don't have anywhere to hang a bag atm, hopefully at the new place! ).
Do I just walk, carry DS (look, weight training), skip, and shadow box? And make myself reminders to stretch, and to do my pelvic floor exercises (cos I'm so slack at doing those too! ) I have been recommended to do yoga, more for my mental well being than anything else, so should I get myself a dvd or something? What sort of yoga is best? Oh, I have a fit-ball too, so I could use that too.
I don't eat too badly (don't have much junk food), but should definitely be drinking a lot more water.
Help me write a plan of what I need to do and when, please!
