Loss of both fallopian tubes due to ectopics + IVF. Scared and anxious

This is my first time on this forum. In May this year i lost my right tube due to an ectopic and last week (september) i lost my left tube due to another ectopic.
We're devastated. We have one child already (DS 2.5yrs) who took 18 months to conceive and we've been TTC since May 2010.
The only option left now is IVF. I'm 27 almost 28, DH is 37. He has above average SA results, my ovaries and uterus are fine, but my oestrogen and progesterone are low. I've been doing acu and TCM for a few weeks, and will continue with this alternative treatment until i get a BFP and also a stable pregnancy.

Basically just wondering what people think of our chances, money is extremely tight and i'm just so so anxious about starting ivf only to run out of money quickly and have to stop.

Very sorry to hear of your losses . Sounds like your chances with IVF are relatively high, since you are young and there are no known issues, but there are never any guarantees with IVF or any fertility treatments really. The meds they put you on during IVF should fix the oestrogen and progesterone issues. Best of luck with it all.
