    How do you stay positive (trying to sell)

    Ergh... House has been on the market for 6wks... I know it's early early days but last week our estate agent left so we were passed on to another team member. We have tenants in the house so clearly it's hindering a sell but I just want my house to sell!! We need the money!!! We can't move on a new house, it's so depressing.... Sorry, vent just wanted some reassurance... (moody waiting for my baby to come out vent)

    are the tenants staying on after you sell?

    do you have a reserve price? would you be willing to take offers? all things can make a house stay on the market

    They are staying on but it ends in january. They may have also broken the lease agreement which might be grounds to terminate. Id be willing to bargain anything! We haven't had an offer?!

    hmm if they have broken the lease agreement you can terminate...maybe thats an option.

    depends what is stated in the ad they have done for you're property maybe off putting to some people.

    hopfully this agent is doing their job right and looked at what other properties round ur area have sold for....

    some agents arent always honest

    Ok so they have broken the lease and the property manger is needing for them to sign a new lease. But we clearly need a clean swap of the tenants making the payments and the sale...
