NK cells - are you born with them, or can they develop?

My FS doesn't believe in them as such, but I was wondering, if I have been pregnant before, could I still be a candidate for problems with NK cells??

Is it a problem you are born with, or can it develop at any stage???

Sorry, I know very little about it!

    TIA

N2L so sorry I can't answer as I tested neg to nk BT and never had the endo biopsy to check. I have however been on prednisone, normally to treat nk cells, for all of my cycles from my first BFP. I have mthfr (blood clotting) and also inject clexane when cycling, once I started both I got my BFP on my 7th ET. I do believe nk cells impact fertility and have seen so many diagnosed go on to BFP with treatment. May be it is worth a second opinion? Either way I hope your BFP is just around the corner xx
