Have been watching Eat yourself sexy (the aussie version) and the nutritionist had this great drumstick recipe. I made it tonight, was yummy. Here is is gals:

Lemongrass and Chilli Chicken Drumsticks
Make a healthy chicken dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients
4 chicken drum sticks (skin off). i also used chicken breast as I dont like drumsticks)!
2 dessert spoons extra virgin olive oil
2 dessert spoons fresh minced lemongrass
2 dessert spoons fresh minced medium chillies
1 dessert spoon fresh minced garlic

Method
1Make a paste with chillies, garlic, lemongrass and olive oil, rub the drumsticks with the paste until a coating appears, for best results allow to marinate overnight in the fridge.
2Pre heat oven to 180.
3Place the drumsticks in a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake for a further 20 minutes.
4Allow to rest for 10 minutes out of the oven and serve (2 drumsticks per portion).
