I have decided I'm finally sick of being fat and tired. I have joined weight watchers online and am thinking about attempting the c25k program. I just hope I can stay motivated and stop baking things I shouldn't eat
Yep, you gotta stop baking. I don't bake because if I bake I eat.
After a month or two and healthy changes you make should become habits that you can keep permanently.
I know baking is my killer, but it's great for making snacks cheaper for the little one and for killing time with him on a rainy Melbourne day. Will just have to search the weight watchers site for healthy things I can bake with him
