Our offer is in on an investment property in South Gippy!!

We put it in late last night and I can't wait to hear - our offer was lowish, with only one other interested party (apparently!!!) so the wait is on!!

ArrgghhhhhhH!!!!!!! Scary and exciting all at once!

Thanks Ausgirl!! We have done this quite a few times now as we are living in our third house, but this is our first investment and a bit scary taking on another mortgage on top of our regular one, but will be all worth it plus we are super blessed that the 2 mortgages we will have will equal what most first home owners in Melbourne are borrowing for their first!! Just so blessed and makes all our hard work over the years so worth it!!
