Hi Sarah.
It's so hard when someone TELLS you that you have to lose weight.
I have ALOT of weight to lose.... more than 40kgs. I've recently started the 12 week body transformation and I've so far dropped just under 20kgs in 9 weeks (sounds fast.... but not for someone of my size). It's all about eating well and exercising daily FOR LIFE. I've tried numerous 'diets' before and never been able to stick to anything. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight the healthy way.
You'll have to google it, but there should be plenty of information around.
