    Label makers

    Hi All

I was looking at buying a personal label maker - does anyone have any recommendations or what not to buy? I just want it for labelling containers in the kitchen, putting kids names on clothes etc

    TIA

I have a Dymo LetraTag one - I can do iron-on, plastic and paper labels. The iron ons are only black on white but that doesn't worry me. The paper ones (came with the machine) don't work except maybe on paper/cardboard things. The plastic labels (comes in lots of colour options) do stick - took ages to come off some, and not all, of DS's bottles for CC - although they didn't stick to the handle of his stroller that well (labelled for plane flights)

ohh and iron-on refills are about $13 can't remember the plastic ones bought several in one hit and haven't needed anymore of them yet. I have seen the refills readily available, although I usually get mine at Officeworks
