    Does there have to be 6 months between?

    the 6 month immunisations and 12 month ones? im asking because DD is 12 months and we havent had them done yet
    and is it going to be useless? she had her 4 month ones at 6 months i dont really want to have to start again

    no i keep forgetting to make an appointment i feel bad i havent dont it but ive found a GP who we can get into without waiting forever i just wanted to know if it had to be 6 months for the next ones after i just cant find the info anywhere online

    THere are some that have age limits on them- i think the rotavirus ones have to be given by a certain time or they are not given at all. If you have already had all 2 month & 4 month ones then bub will still have had some exposure to the vaccine.

    The vaccines given at 12 months are not ones that they are given doses of at the earlier times, so there probably doesn't have to be a full 6 months between them.

    You could ring the Immunisation Line and ask what they recommend- and then make your decisions. their number is 1300 882 008
