Vitamins for a 21 month old

Two posts in one day, sorry ladies!

My ds is really terrible at eating veggies. I think he'd be lucky if he got five serves a week let alone a day despite my efforts. As he gets older hes getting worse - he's working out all my little tricks I use to hide them! And I'm wondering if he would benefit from a multi vitamin. What worries me most in his poo. When he has a good serving of veg they are normal solid poos otherwise they are just slop. That can't be good for a little belly?

He eats everything else well, fruit, dairy, meat, cereals... Oh and he loves baked beans, dunno what all the salt is like for him tho!

Any insite would be appreciated xx

There is a toddlers vitamin drops at the chemist with a giraffe on the front....the name escapes my brain. A gf of mine used to use it and swear by it. Apparently the iron increases their appetite???

I find the same with my kids poos TBH. I think it's the roughage rather than the content of the vege. What's he like with fruit?

I think ~Kim~ is talking about Pentavite? It's a liquid.
I also have had a non eating vegie eater..I gave up until he was old enough to negotiate with, that is now

My DS is a great eater, eats veggies, meat and all (For now, he's only just nearly 2 so I realise this may change!) but we still give him Pentavite anyway, same as we take multivitamins as well. We just mix it in with one of his drinks through the day..

I started DD2 on these a couple of weeks back, she loves them. They have a few different ones - ATM we have the Vit C & zinc but when these are finished I might switch it for a more general multi-vitamin. I justhave to watch how many she has - they are just like lollies and she would eat them all if she could.
