    Falling asleep anywhere

This may be odd, but I am curious if others have experienced this with their child.
My DD2 is 4 in 2 months and falls asleep anywhere, she will literally be awake one minute and sound asleep the next.
Tonight she fell asleep straddling the arm of the lounge, she has fallen asleep sitting up right n a chair, with her legs on the floor and body on the lounge as she got up onto it, on the floor and in various odd positions.
It is good that she falls asleep quickly but it seems odd that there is nothing between awake and asleep and there is no real warning that she is about to fall asleep...she just does.
It is no doubt just me worrying over nothing...just a paranoid mum

Awww, but you get the best photos that way

DD was like this for a while, almost as if the batteries just fell out and that was it, off she'd go. I did have to laugh at the face mash into her dinner though - I'm a bad mummy sometimes. Heck, she'll still nod off in the car without any warning if we're going for a long drive or she's particularly tired and she's not far off 10.

Nothing really to worry about unless she's falling asleep while walking and falling over or something - she'll most likely grow out of it soon enough.

Hehe I have got some great photos, the one last night straddling the end of the lounge was a classic.
Thanks for your response, good to know she is not the only one...I wish I could fall asleep that easily
Not sure how she is going to go in kindly next year, she will probably fall asleep at her desk
