    Heat stress causing nausea/vomiting?

Im feeling really unwell nauseous, I've vomited, headache, dizzy etc. Could it be linked to heat stress? It was 34 degrees here today and hotter in my classroom I tried to keep cool and drink lots of water but I really felt horrible I'm also having lots of Braxton hicks (I assume that's what this tight feeling is) should I be concerned? Baby is moving well but I feel dreadful... I also have a naughty 2yo so "resting" isn't easy

(to top it off my DH is stuck on a train coming home from work...)

It's awful isn't it? I think it's the heat....well I've felt horrendous the last few days. No vomiting but I'm able to limit my exposure fairly well.

The heat does that to me as well. I've had to finish work earlier than I planned because of it. Also the braxton hicks usually are more when you have been active.

Aircon is a pregnant woman's best friend lol

This is how I was yesterday. Spent a couple of hours at the park, then in the afternoon felt very nauseous though never actually vomited. Also felt dizzy until I was able to lay down for a few hours. Had quite a few BH as well as cramps which worried me. All ended up going away so I assumed it was linked to the heat too.

    Glad you felt better!
