WOuld this work? Mint potatoes
I want to make a kinda minty potato side dish. I have mint growing in the garden.
If i boil small potatoes and then toss them in butter and mint leaves, will it make something yummy and edible?
Is there a better way to do it? DO i have to chop the mint or will whole leaves do?

I just made ds a pot salad thing for dinner. Had some cold roast pot's in the fridge and I added fresh chopped mint from the garden, some grated cheese and some natural goats yoghurt. It was yummy

Ohhh what time is dinner, I love mint potato
I'd just shred the leaves and throw in with butter then throw the potato in.
Sent from my iPhone, more than likely while I should be doing something else!
