Lemon curd - yum!
Hi making a pav and of course have egg yolks that are left over. Any ideas/suggestions on what I can use them for? I am determined not to waste them this time like I did when I've made pav before so thought I'd come on here and get some inspirations ideas
So please hit me with them girls!

You can make pasta bake with a bechemel sauce and beat in the egg yolks, makes it richer and thicker.

If you google Lemon Filled Pavlova ABC Gippsland there is a recipe that uses all the whites in the pav and all the yolks in a lemon filling, which is like a lemon curd. Totally drool worthy!
