    Dentist in first trimester?

I have a dentist appt booked for today - its my 6 monthly check up that I'd forgotten about until they called to confirm yesterday.

Normally it would just be a check and a clean but this time I've had some of a filling fall out I think and I'll need that fixed up.

Is it safe to go to the dentist in early preg? Should i could put it off a while ?- just not sure how badly ms will kick in. Or should I wait until after the birth?

I got my first filling when I was pregnant. It's safe but let them know you are pregnant.

Just let them know and you should be ok. I started getting a root canal while 6 weeks pregnant, including 1 set of X-rays.

Trust me, better to get it sorted early on. My only issue was usually I'd take nurofen for pain after a dental visit, and couldn't do so!

All safe but let them know, the main issue is if X-rays are needed
