For those who had an amazing - perhaps spiritually charged - experience upon meeting your newborn child, would you write me a paragraph that attempts to describe what you thought/felt?

Particularly interested in euphoria/ecstasy.

I'm writing a novel and while it doesn't include a birth experience, it does include someone feeling utterly overwhelmed (with joy and compassion) by people/humans and I thought that maybe some mothers could describe that?
I won't quote verbatim, I'm just seeking images, phrases, words that capture a feeling.
Is that okay?
