    gluten free and low dairy Christmas gift ideas

    I have a BIL who needs to have gluten free and low dairy options. I'm intending to make hampers of food for the family - most people I can cook for but this one has me stumped at the moment.

    Please hit me with any Christmassy gluten free and low dairy (minimal dairy) ideas.

    Can I just substitute in a GF flour? Choc I know I have to use dark for him.
