    weird bleeding

Hi - I know it's all weird sometimes when you're ttc but this I cannot make head nor tail of. Might be *TMI*...

So af is due any day, might even be a couple of days late (I don't know precisely when o-day was). Last Friday, which was my guess 11 or 12dpo, I got a bit of brown-streaked cm when wiping and after bd. Then Saturday I got some strong af-type cramps. Sunday I got nausea and crash-tired (high temp also, but had had a couple of glasses the night before). Monday I got a lower temp, no nausea or tiredness, more like pms, one drop of bright red. Today I didn't take my temp - thought af was here for sure! - I got again only one drop of bright red, mix of light nausea and pms. (Not going to test because I'm too scared of BFN!)

Anyone had this kind of weird experience? What do you think's happening?

That happened to me spiceoflife! Finally caved and test, BFN

It's hard to say though, because you said you don't know when you O'd. When you get AF, does she come in a bang? I never get pre-spotting or anything, just flood gates open! So I don't have those 'oooh is that implantation bleeding?' thoughts.

But, if it's late - POAS, for sure. At least you will know. FX.

    *update*

    Hi Lady Neon

You're right, it IS hard to say. Only time - or a test - will tell.
I do sometimes get pre-af spotting. It's normally only the day before, brown or watery red, and soon followed by a full flow. This isn't that, this is like the lightest af I've ever had!

And it just got weirder. I took my temp this morning and it was high (not typical during af, for me at least) and I feel a bit ooky again. This follows another night of strong af-type cramps, but with no 'tearing away' sensation, IYKWIM. Still only very small amounts of bright red.

If it was up to me, I'd say I had implantation spotting last Friday, and this is a 'breakthrough bleed' coz it happened just when af was due, but that there might be *something else* going on behind the scenes! But I've been wrong before.

    Any ideas?

That is weird, I know what you mean about the tearing away sensation. UGH. It really does sound like an implantation or breakthrough bleed. Have you tested yet? Keen to know if you have BFP

Yeah, no news to celebrate here. BFN, and what I'd have to say is normal flow now.
Just got back from the naturopath's and the most she could say was that af was just slow to get going.
So I've got more herbs to go on with, including stuff to take CD7-14. What will I say is/was CD1??
Thanks for sticking with me, ladies. I need you!
