    Sage to dry up milk

    I need help to dry up my milk. Has anyone used sage? How long does sage take to dry up milk? What brand of sage tea or sage tincture should be used? Pl

    I haven't heard of using sage, i have heard of people using cold cabbage leaves.

    I used sage. It doesn't completely dry up your milk, but it can lower your supply. It also made DS1 a bit fussy (not sure if it was from the taste, or because the supply was lowered).
