    Meusli bars

Who makes their own muesli bars?
It's almost impossible to find nut free muesli bars for school and the commercial ones have all sorts of funny sounding ingredients so I'm going to have a go at making my own.
I'd love to hear any tips you have or your recipes

I found some recipes on taste and they don't look very difficult. I think you could ad-lib a bit with your ingredients too.

I've made oat bars before. Similar to Muesli Bars. You can add seeds instead, in case of nut allergies, and dried fruit and coconut works awesomely. I'll look for some recipes for you.

Hmm, it's kind of a museli bar, my mum used to make these all the time. I odn't know quantities, you just add stuff til it looks ''right''.

    Banana
    Orange juice
    Rolled oats
Dried fruit (apricots, prunes, sultanas, whatever!)
    Self raising flour
    Coconut

Mix it all together, the banana and orange juice make it sweet, bake til the top is a bit golden. I put choc chips in mine, but I'm like that

I do. Oats, coconut, dried cranberries, almonds, pepitas, brown sugar, bit of flour, honey, pureed apple, and peanut butter, then press into a tray and bake till golden. So delicious. You could swap the nuts for more seeds, and add extra honey instead of peanut butter to bind it together?
