    What's worse?

    Say you get given a box of really yummy chocolates... Is is worse to:

    A. Eat the whole box in one sitting on one night and then be good for the rest of the week.
    or
    B. Eat the box over the course of a week having 4 or 5 chocolates a day.

    It's the same amount of calories however you look at it...

    AND, I have to ask, regardless of what you believe to be worse, how would you eat your box of chocolates?

    I would tell myself eat them all in one sitting because for some reason I have in my head that by eating 4 or 5 a day i'm more likely to put on weight haha

    Or you could leave them in the box until you have a room full of people to help you eat them thus passing on the burden of the calories to others.

    I think it would be better to eat it spaced out so that there is more chance of incidental exercise working it off each day etc but I'd probably just eat them all in one sitting lol.

    I've had this dilemma before. Lol. I limited myself to 1 or 2 a day. Usually after the kids were in bed so I could relax and enjoy it (and not have to share).

    Eat them all at once, or space them out, whichever you choose enjoy them!

    See I have this saying "the sooner you eat them, the more time in your life you have to burn them off" so I would eat them in one sitting :P Also then you're likely to get sick of them and not weant them anymore!

    I would say eating them over the course of a week or so would be better, then you could adjust the rest of your diet to suit, and it's healthier in terms of the psycological side of things (all things in moderation, blah blah!)

    Having said that, I am a guts and would eat them all at once.

    Eating them all at once would be worse I think. Of course, that's what I'd do. Yummy....
