    2012 New Years Resolutions

I have to say that I have not had a good new years eve in 16 years!!! I've either been too tired to party or had nothing that good to go to. Plus I have never made any New Years Resolutions. I have no plans for this New Years however I'd like to make some resolutions which I am going to write down and then decorate on some paper on News Years Eve while drinking some wine. Then I'm going to decided on some rewards for myself when I achieve the things I have set out to do. So what are your New Years Resolutions for 2012?

    1. Go to the beach stacks!
    2. Join the gym and go regularly
    3. Try a new diet to clear up my eczema
    4. Socialise more, get out with ds to new play groups and make new friends
    5. Change my image when I have lost weight, start wearing the clothes I love and expressing myself again
    6. Change my hair! as part of a new image
    7. Burn incense and candles again and listen to music that I like while doing the house work
    8. Hopefully look hot and feel great and have a fantastic News Years Eve for 2013

I don't usually like to do resolutions, only b/c I break them....!

I think for me is eating well and exercising regularly b/c I know when I do these two things, I feel amazing!

Mine are to live 2012 in a state of gratitude. Every day.

The follow on from that will be....

    * That I will practise mindfulness and being present by being thankful, so anxiety should shift.
    * I will be thankful for the body I have so I will fill it with nutritious food instead of abusing it as well as exercising regularly so weight should shift!
    * My family life will be better as DH won't have to put up with my negativity and the kids put up with my moodiness.
    * Having a much healthier outlook on life!

I have started practising gratitude already this year but will do so each day mindfully this year!

Mine is learning more about photography. Sticking to the photo challenges I've set myself and being thankful for what I've got.

find a new hobby, or regain my interest in an old one ... I've made a blog to track this ... I'm going to audition a hobby a month, starting tomorrow.

    and I'm doing the 365 project ...

other than that, continual improvements in terms of physical, emotional and relational healing, and having a healthy (hopefully empowered) birth in March resulting in a second deliciously healthy son (or daughter ... you never know!).

    3. I want to do more bike riding
    4. Go to the beach more with hubby and doggy
