Wheat, soy, nut free but that's not all...

...with fructose free and limited tolerance to egg thrown in.

Any ideas on recipes including web sites and books? Any tips wouldn't go astray also.

In particular lunches for a toddler who doesn't eat wraps and is getting over the rice cake thing fast.
I've discovered its easier to go gluten free when out and about is unavoidable but there are the hidden little bits like oil so not even chips are 'safe'.

Would love to hear from others who do this?

You could have a look at the pig in the kitchen blog for ideas Pig in the Kitchen
She has tons of allergy friendly links as well as her own recipes.

Sushi springs to mind as an option that is easy to make. There are a few bento shops that sell cute little rice moulds to give it extra toddler appeal.

Rice noodles are yummy - you can use them in noodle soup, rice paper spring rolls and to make pad thai and pad see ew (modified of course).
