I found it eased my morning sickness. But I think it's common for it to make it worse. It's probably different for everyone. I think the aba site has info on feeding while pregnant. I got their brochure, but they might have an article on their website.

I have breastfed through this pregnancy. For a few weeks i was feeling nauseous with let down, but this eased over time. There is a sticky discussion thread on breastfeeding through pregnancy you might find useful.

I bf all thru pregnancy and I am still tandem feeding both at nearly 3 and 1/2 and nearly 2.

I didn't get morning sickness at all only thing I found was ds1 became fussy and shorter feeds from about 13 months until ds2 was born when he was 18 months once milk was in his feeding increased.

I'm breastfeeding with this pregnancy and didn't make a difference to my morning sickness. The only thing I found was my nipples more sensitive and DD is weird and wants to feed more often and longer now.

I found my nipples a bit sensitive, and very mild nauseau if I was hungry.

Feeding thru pregnancy and beyond info is available from ABA: https://www.breastfeeding.asn.au/bf-...ncy-and-beyond

I was told by caring in laws that I would 'have to wean now', I was able to use the ABA info to reassure them that all was good.

I think it helped my kids bond, it was lovely seeing them tandem feeding, holding hands or patting each other. (DD was 2 and 4 mths when DS was born). It also made for much easier breastfeeding...DD could help get the let down happening, relieve engorgement.

I bf during pregnancy for the first few months. I didn't find it made any difference to my ms, still felt terrible

I managed another couple of months after falling pregnant as i had intentions of being able to feed DS2 longer than i was able. At first it was fine and there were no real changes but after a couple of months i think he really noticed the difference in my milk because he started biting me. It hurt wayyyy too much to contunue.

My son breastfed through my pregnancy with my daughter, and now they are both tandem feeding during this pregnancy. I didn't find it affected my morning sickness at all. My supply definitely goes down when pregnant so my daughter has priority as she's younger, and I'm not even sure if my son actually gets much (if anything) but he still likes to feed once or twice a day. I also have a number of months during the pregnancy when breastfeeding it absolutely excruciating. I've been known to cry out in pain or actually cry while feeding, but I know it will ease (and has started to do so thankfully).

Have been feeding my DD through this pregnancy and it didn't seem to affect my morning sickness at all (definitely had it worse with my first pregnancy) but the nipple sensitivity and feeding aversion were quite difficult to get through.

i dont know if it contributed to the terrible M/S ive had this time round or not. But it has been quite painful and im down to feeding only off one side as my boobs have gotten so big and DD is finding it hard to attach to one side so she grabs at it with her teeth and so ive had to cut down to the side she can easily attach on because the pain is so bad. She has been through the feeding a lot stage and is now on to hardly feeding at all but i assume the amount of milk shes getting has dropped right off by now, so that could be why shes less interested.
